2. Eligibility for this promotion ends on June 31, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. MDT

3. The required 2 Sharing Blocks must be unencumbered by any other Brand Affiliate who has also submitted an LOI. For example, 2 Sharing Blocks may be generated by the purchases of those you have personally sponsored who are not submitting an LOI in June.

4. To qualify as a Brand Representative, you must meet all requirements of the Velocity Sales Performance Program. For a complete summary of these requirements, please see  Velocity Brochure.

5. Shipping charges may apply when packages are redeemed.

6. The value of awards may be considered taxable income to the participants, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the Brand Affiliates. 

7. No bonuses are paid for recruiting. All bonuses are paid only when products are sold.

8. No cash consideration will be paid in place of the reward kit. The reward kit may not be returned for cash or credit. This promotion is non-transferable. The Brand Affiliate may not use the value of the free product as income claims in promotion of the business opportunity.

11. Any Brand Affiliate who violates the terms and conditions of the Brand Affiliate Agreement, Policies and Procedure, Sales Compensation Plan at any time during this Promotion may be deemed ineligible to participate in the Promotion or receive the free product.

12. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and regulations. Nu Skin reserves the right to substitute awards of equal or greater value. 

13. The laws of the state of Utah shall govern the Promotion. Participants in the Promotion agree to the resolution of any disputes with regard to the Promotion solely through the process described in the Mediation and Arbitration Policy located in the Brand Affiliate Agreement and the Policies and Procedures.

14. By Participating, Brand Affiliates release and hold harmless Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or receipt or use of any award.
